Bryan Davis is a native of Atlanta, Georgia. He relocated to New Mexico in 1996 and earned his B.A. in History, summa cum laude, and J.D., cum laude, from the University of New Mexico, where he was Editor-in-Chief of the New Mexico Law Review and received the Dean’s Award, West Book Award for Outstanding Contribution to Scholarship, and Honors in Clinical Law.

Bryan has achieved the highest rating for ethical and legal abilities, AV, by Martindale-Hubbell, based on peer, judge, and client reviews. He has also been named a Southwest Super Lawyer in Healthcare Law 2017-2023.

Bryan is married with four children. He enjoys watching and playing soccer, running, playing guitar, live music, and traveling with his family.
