What the Super Lawyers Recognition Means
The Super Lawyers designation is not awarded lightly. Attorneys are selected through a rigorous process that includes peer nominations, independent research, and professional evaluations. Only a small percentage of attorneys in each state receive this honor each year.

Achieving this recognition once is notable. Receiving it for 10 consecutive years is a testament to sustained excellence, professionalism, and trust within the legal community.
Bryan is also proud to maintain an AV® Preeminent Rating by Martindale-Hubbell, reflecting the highest levels of professional excellence and ethical standards as rated by peers and members of the judiciary.
Commitment to Clients and the Healthcare Community
While awards are meaningful, Bryan’s primary focus has always been on delivering results for his clients. Healthcare providers today face unprecedented regulatory pressure, payment disputes, audits, and professional risks. Having experienced legal counsel can make the difference between disruption and stability.
Over the past decade, Bryan has represented clients facing:

  • Medicaid payment suspensions
  • Government investigations
  • Peer review actions
  • Licensing board complaints
  • Complex whistleblower litigation

His goal in every case is clear: protect his clients’ livelihoods, reputations, and ability to continue serving patients.

Bryan Davis negotiated a confidential settlement in Tamme Davis, DO v. Willamette Valley Medical Center, LLC, Case No. 3:24-cv-02161-IM, United States District Court for the District of Oregon, against LifePoint Health hospital Willamette Valley Medical Center in McMinville, Oregon, for an OB/GYN whom the hospital reported to the Oregon Medical Board and National Practitioner Data Bank for alleged incompetence and resigning her clinical privileges while under investigation.

The parties came to a confidential settlement resolving the matter in June 2025. This is Mr. Davis’s fifth settlement with Oregon hospitals for physician clients who allege that they were wrongfully removed from medical staffs, including settlement after winning $1,500,000 at trial for a neurosurgeon whose privileges were revoked at Legacy Meridian Park Hospital in 2017.

Mr. Davis is proud of the work he has done for physicians in New Mexico, Oregon, and Washington to protect their reputations and careers from damage caused by hospital sham peer review actions.

Mr. Davis looks forward to helping other physicians vindicate their rights and restore their reputations and careers.
